In this age of information technology and so many people having unlimited access to information that is shared via the internet (e.g. facebook) and many other sources (e.g. people whom you may or may not know), there is a very strong possibility that messages can be transcribed, misinterpreted, or misunderstood. Several conflicts and issues in our world today may not have existed if the message was got right!
People often say, "knowledge is power." I say that understanding is even more powerful. 90% understanding applied to 10% knowledge yields far greater results than 10% understanding applied to 90% knowledge. The difference is always clear.
It is not enough to say something because you heard it from someone whom you expect to know better or from a "reliable" source, the real power and essence of a message is understanding it and the only way to understand it is by getting it right!
